WHO ARE BLANKETEERS?

Blanketeers are indiviudals who make blankets and volunteer to help Project Linus of Greater Kansas City.  Our local chapter, which is 100% volunteer, provides love, a sense of security, warmth, and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade quilts and afgans.  We also provide a rewarding and fun service opportunity for interested individuals and groups in the Kansas City area, for the benefit of children.

We serve the entire metro area of Kansas City, including Wyondotte and Johnson Counties in Kansas, as well as Clay, Platte, Jackson and Cass Counties in Missouri.

Patty Gregory is the chapter coordinator and has been doing a great job for the past 20 years
